Oldjobnewjob.com (herein referred to as OJNJ) will call a current or previous employer on behalf
of the purchaser of services ("you" or "your") at the phone number provided by you and/or any
other number provided by the employer for the purpose of employment verification. Up to three
calls will be attempted to reach your desired contact or, if permitted per the terms of your
application, another employee/manager/HR professional who may be authorized to speak on your
employer's behalf.

Messages will be left on the employer's voicemail or messaging service whenever possible, with
a specific contact name and call back number provided. The specific contact will be most familiar
with your file. OJNJ will maintain frequent availability during regular business hours as specified
on these messages and will make every attempt to receive inbound calls and make prompt call
backs whenever possible.

Upon completion of services, OJNJ's staff will provide a written summary of work performed
and the outcome of the call. This summary will include the general information provided by
employer, any information they were willing to provide when pressed, and also any impressions,
insinuations, suggestions, or implications that could be reasonably read into the conversation.

OJNJ will not be held liable for any termination, dismissal, reassignment, or other change or
decision made regarding your employment by any past, present, or future employer as a result of
the OJNJ service.

OJNJ's services will be deemed completed and this agreement satisfied upon the completion of 1.
three calls to the company at the contact number provided by you or by the person/message at
the provided contact number. 2. Up to six business days having passed while awaiting response
from the contact or other employee of the company as measured from the date of the first call. 3.
a written or electronic summary as described in paragraph 3.
